Record from your wrist. Hands-free.

Determa for Apple Watch and iPhone lets you start an in-room recording without reaching for a computer—useful when your hands are gloved and the visit needs to keep moving.

Built for hands-free in-room capture

Start from your wrist
Start an in-room recording from Apple Watch when your hands are gloved and the patient is in front of you.
Keep the visit moving
The Watch records on its own, so your iPhone can stay in a pocket, at the nurses’ station, or nearby while you work.
Capture conversations or dictation
Use the mobile preview for the visit itself, or step out and dictate the note with spoken punctuation and formatting.
Get the same follow-up drafts
Recordings sync back to Determa in the same templates and vocabulary, with the same follow-up drafts as Mac or browser capture.
